Arbor Financial Group's Chasse Cole just closed on a multifamily property refinance in Bellflower, CA.
This recently closed refinance was a debt consolidation/cash-out request. The borrower had a conventional first mortgage, private party 2nd, as well as past due debts which impacted credit. The borrower wanted to combine all loans & pull cash-out for investment purposes. Chasse was able identify a lender that met all the borrower's financial needs & lock in a fixed rate loan.
